From acting and life on stage to relationships, food and the everyday moments I spend far too long thinking about. This is a collection of the thoughts that live rent-free in my head. So I’ve finally given them somewhere else to live.
Small enough to carry with you, with plenty to turn over in your mind. Dip into a page over coffee, on the train or whenever your own thoughts could use some company. You might find a few of yours in here, too.

You can cancel your pre-order before it’s dispatched. If you change your mind after receiving your book, let me know within 14 days of delivery, then return it within a further 14 days. You’ll need to cover return postage for change-of-mind returns. If your book arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch so I can put it right.

The book launches on 1 March, so orders placed now are pre-orders. Dispatch will begin on 2 March, with delivery expected within 2-3 days after posting. Thank you for supporting the book before its release!

I’m not currently offering gift cards, but you’re welcome to pre-order a copy of the book as a gift. But you can gift a Substack subscription.

If you cancel before dispatch, I’ll issue your refund within 14 days of your cancellation. For returns, I’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving your book back or proof that you’ve posted it, whichever comes first. Refunds go to your original payment method and include the standard delivery charge where applicable. Your bank may take additional time to display the payment.
